Refund policy

All sales are final. Because fragrances and beauty items are personal-care products, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review the photos and description before you buy, and feel free to ask us questions first.

Damaged or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, or isn't the item you ordered, email us at trangsfancyfinds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. Once we confirm the problem, we'll refund or replace the item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.
